On November 8, the company's office software application competition was held on the second floor of the technology center. The competition was jointly organized by the enterprise management office, the human resources office and the trade union, and received the full support of other departments. Jia Yan, director of the enterprise management office, Zhang Yuefeng, director of the human resources office, and Zhang Jinxiang, chairman of the trade union, served as the judges of the competition.

This competition is mainly aimed at logistics personnel, workshop office technicians and statisticians, with a total of 43 participants. The competition items are table making, chart making and text entry, all of which are carried out by machine test. Based on the learning attitude of self-examination and mutual consultation, we enthusiastically sign up and actively prepare for the "war", which fully reflects the spirit of forge ahead and positive progress of employees. In order to closely integrate the content of the competition questions with the daily work and ensure the difficulty and rationality of the distribution of the questions, the directors of the enterprise management office and the human resources management office served as the makers of the questions of the competition. They collected the common problems in the daily work and deliberated on the difficulty and ease of the questions again and again, finally determined the competition questions and effectively tested the participants' office skill level.

After fierce competition, seven people finally stood out and won the ranking. The Enterprise Management Office awarded exquisite prizes to the winners. Many contestants said that although they failed to win the ranking in this competition, they would continue to participate in such activities and consciously improve the skill level of office software. After the competition, the HR office also conducted computer professional skills training for personnel in all functional positions. The success of the office software application competition has effectively stimulated employees' interest in further learning and studying office skills, so as to improve employees' work efficiency and quality and enhance the company's talent competitiveness.
