The leaders of the company attach great importance to the fire fighting drill. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the drill activities, the company has established a drill leading group, General Commander, Deputy General Commander and team members. Before the drill, the commander in chief carefully formulated the activity plan of the drill in combination with the actual situation of each workshop, defined the responsibilities and requirements, and conducted fire training for each emergency team participating in the fire drill to explain the importance of fire work, the process of drill practice and the route of personnel evacuation. This drill assumes that there is a fire in the molding workshop of the company, so it is necessary to evacuate employees, rescue trapped personnel and control the fire.

After the molding workshop "caught fire", the 119 dispatching command center of the company received the alarm, and the fire alarm sounded quickly. The leaders of each emergency evacuation team immediately commanded the employees of each workshop to carry out emergency evacuation from the workshop in an orderly manner according to the escape diagram and evacuate to the safe assembly point. At the same time of emergency evacuation, the fire control teams of internal mixing workshop, semi-finished product workshop, molding workshop and vulcanization workshop were quickly dispatched to the fire site for disposal, and the finished product warehouse and logistics fire control team were used as reinforcements. After receiving the order, the fire control team leader of the semi-finished product workshop, vulcanization workshop and molding workshop shall lead all the fire supervisors of the workshop to arrive at the fire site within 2 minutes, quickly carry out fire investigation and implement effective organization, command and force deployment.

Fire supervisors quickly occupy the fire control room and set up a safety cordon around the fire site; Fire supervisors shall conduct reconnaissance on the inside and outside of the locomotive room at the same time. After reconnaissance, it was found that the "fire point" was located in the middle of the molding workshop. Due to the accumulation of a large number of flammable and combustible goods, the fire burned violently, spread rapidly to both sides, and thick smoke filled the scene. Through inquiry, we know that there are people trapped in the workshop, and the specific situation is unknown. The drill commander immediately deployed and carried out operations such as saving people, internal attack and fire fighting, and setting up observation posts.

During the rescue "battle", emergency dispatch, personnel evacuation, emergency rescue, fire control and other emergencies were carried out successively, which increased the authenticity and difficulty of the drill. Finally, after all the cadres worked hard, the fire on the site was effectively controlled. The commander in chief of the drill launched the general attack command, and all positions gradually threw themselves into the fire site to completely "put out the fire", and the drill was successfully completed.
